Hello! Welcome to The Under, my website where I aim to document peculiar discoveries of Underlevelled Pokemon, which should not be possible, but are.

To clarify, an "Underlevelled Pokemon" is a Pokemon which hasn't met the correct level to evolve, whether it evolves at a certain level (such as a level 30 Sliggoo), needs a move to evolve (which it should learn at a specific level, like Dudunsparce's Hyper Drill), or has some special method (like Gholdengo, which needs to be levelled up with 999 coins, but those from GO evolve without levelling up, so can be level 1.)

I'm not really sure why they fascinate me, but after learning about the existence of a Level 3 Articuno, I have started to collect these rare phenomena, and stride to one day have a full living dex of Level 1 Pokemon, and on this website I will document how anybody can obtain these special Pokemon.
